We continue to offer meetings and speakers presenting on a variety of topics. We're starting off the year with virtual events in 2023 and hope to return to in-person activities this year. We're monitoring Covid concerns and will keep you posted. Our goal is to keep everyone safe, yet engaged!

Spring and Fall Plant Sales - May 13 and September 9, 2023
These important fundraisers need members to make them happen! Sign up to help organize, and run our two annual plant sales.
Flower Shows - ON HOLD
Fun and creative showcasing of Members' creations will resume when we are able to meet in person for Speaker presentations.
Thornhill Terry Fox Run - September 2023
In 2022 our team participated virtually in this annual event that raises funds and awareness for Cancer cures, treatments and support.
Members' Dinner - November 2023: Plans under way
We are working on a year-end dinner back at the Heintzman House - catering, pay per person to participate. Details to come!
Community Beautification through Civic Improvements:
Volunteers Welcome!

Annual Garden Tour

Purchase your tickets to participate in this tour of 10 beautiful Thornhill gardens. This event is open to the public so consider bringing your family and friends!
Membership Tea-July 2023
This is an exclusive members only event! We are resuming this premier event for our members. Want to join us? It's not too late to purchase a membership and be a part of the fun!
Poppy Ceremony -2023 November 10 at 11:00 a.m.
We'll hold an in-person event at the corner of Bayview and John. We also encourage you to participate in virtual ceremonies this year. Take a moment to remember those who have fought for our freedom and for our first responders.
TGHS Lending Library
As a member, you may borrow from a selection of useful horticultural books from our library. Request them and pick them up at the monthly meetings.
